Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Maison OYO website (maisonoyo.com). By accessing or placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Creations & Limited Editions

All Maison OYO creations hand-drawn in Luxembourg, woven in twill from 70% wood-pulp Lyocell and 30% Mulberry silk, and finished with our signature orange hand-rolled hem are produced in strictly limited, numbered editions. Products are subject to availability. Maison OYO reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any piece at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Tax Exemption

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Maison OYO operates under the small business tax exemption scheme (Article 57 of the Luxembourg VAT Law); therefore, VAT is not applicable and not charged to clients. The applicable price is the one stated on the website at the time of your order confirmation.

3. Complimentary Worldwide Shipping

Maison OYO offers complimentary tracked worldwide standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Orders are dispatched from Luxembourg within 1 to 2 business days via premium courier partners (DHL / UPS).

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with European Union consumer legislation, you benefit from a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal starting from the physical delivery date of your order. To be eligible for an exchange or return, all items must remain strictly unworn, intact, unwashed, and returned complete inside their original Maison OYO signature box and packaging.

5. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All artworks, illustrations, patterns, photography, and brand copy on maisonoyo.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Maison OYO. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg.
