The story
Hand-drawn in Luxembourg and imagined amid the quiet architecture of historic European forests, HOLZ takes its name from the Luxembourgish word for wood. Layered squares and subtle perspectives in deep chocolate, caramel and taupe evoke timber, bark and the warmth of an autumn forest floor.
Composition & care
Stole, 130 × 130 cm. 70% wood pulp Lyocell, 30% mulberry silk, twill weave with a double-face print and our hand-rolled orange hem. Drawn by hand in Luxembourg.
Dry clean, or hand wash cold with a silk detergent. Dry flat and iron on the reverse at low heat.

The forest, the bark, the hearth
HOLZ, the word for wood, gathers the chocolate of bark, the caramel of autumn leaves and the taupe of morning mist into a geometric pattern drawn by hand.

Is a silk stole really for everyday wear?
Yes. The twill is dense and supple, and the Lyocell makes it sturdier than pure silk. It is designed to be worn every day.
Will it be warm enough in winter?
Yes. The blend of Lyocell and silk regulates warmth: it keeps you warm in the cold without overheating indoors.
How do I wear a 130 × 130 stole?
Folded in a triangle over the shoulders, wrapped as a shawl, or folded on the bias and knotted at the neck.
